Payment: Final payment can be given before or on the day of the event. A discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your final bill.
Capacity: Our top floor function room can hold up to 16 people
Min Number of people: The minimum number of people for any event is 10
Room Hire: Price included in all of our food packages
Drink: We do not allow BYO, we are fully licensed
Times: Our Coffee & cake/Afternoon Tea/Finger food And Buffet options can run at any time of the day and our Three-course meal option is only available from 5 PM
Pre-Order: Food has to be preordered at least 48 hours before the event
Booking: At least 1-week advanced booking required
Decor: We set and dress the table, but apart from this the room comes as is. If you want to bring your own decorations this is fine as long as the room can be returned to a pre-party interior without any damage.
Larger parties: If your party is larger than 16 people it is possible to book the lower ground and 1 st floor of the cafe out for your event, this would only be available after cafe closing hours and would occur additional costs, if this is the case let us know and we can arrange a phone call or face to face meeting to discuss your event.
Accessibility: Unfortunately as our cafe was originally a house which adds to its quirk but not so much its accessibility the toilets are on the 1st floor, the private function room is on the 2nd floor and we do not have a lift, please keep this in mind when booking
